Story
We formed around quiet, high-signal labs
Slicibex Digital began when three infrastructure leads kept meeting the same junior operators in Singapore meetups—talented folks stuck translating vendor hype into workable runbooks. We built a studio model: small cohorts, mentor-written labs, and documentation habits borrowed from regulated industries without copying their bureaucracy wholesale.
Today the collective mixes full-time staff with visiting mentors on rotation from product companies. Everyone teaches at least one block per quarter to stay close to the awkward questions learners actually ask.
